Easy Bench. Designed for comfort and cost-effective, simple maintenance, the Easy Bench is a self-contained collector-downdraft table for fine hand work in applications such as metal fabrication, medical device, plastics, food processing, pharmaceutical processing, woodworking, glass art, pottery, and jewelry. The operator sits comfortably at the Easy Bench with its standard desk height and leg space. Two front access panel filters (24" x 24" x 4") have a standard efficiency of MERV 11, and optional filters include MERV 13, 14, and HEPA. Parts Washer Mist Collector. This Filtermist FX series is manufactured in stainless steel for potentially corrosive environments. With the drum, housing, internal hardware, and motor shaft all manufactured from stainless steel, this mist filtration unit is especially useful for aqueous parts washers where caustic soap could penetrate the paint and erode components of non-stainless mist collectors.

Spark Suppressor. In a variety of process applications, sparks are generated in concentrated amounts, posing a risk of fire and/or explosion. The Spark Cooler is an in-line device that creates a point of increased turbulence, breaking up the protective bubbles around the sparks and allowing the air stream to immediately cool and arrest the sparks. The Spark Cooler extinguishes sparks with air rather than water, and works to prevent duct and bag house fires or burn damage to filter media. With reliable, predictable performance, the Spark Cooler (also know as a spark suppressor, spark eliminator, spark reducer, spark trap) reduces the life and frequency of hazardous sparks within industrial exhaust systems. The Spark Cooler is very easy to install and requires very little space.

The Airpod is easy-maintenance, cost-effective industrial air cleaner which uses standard MERV 11 24x24x6 inch filters for most applications. In addition, standard size application-specific filter panels may be used for various kinds of contaminants. The filters are in full view and completely accessible: as soon as a filter is full, it simply slides out laterally for easy replacement / cleaning. Airpod may be hung from the ceiling to conserve floor space, or sit on its base, with up to 3 modules. Each module measures 31x31x24 inches, and has four easy-access 24x24x6 inch filter slots.
